We are planning to buy a Xbox 360 this weekend. Little confused in choosing he model 250GB hard drive or 4 GB memort. 250GB – price Rs.21,990/- and 4GB comes for 13,990/-. In case if we choose 250GB. Is it possible to transfer Games, movies and music to Xbox from a PC?
The reason why we are asking is.. If 250GB HDD is meant only for download from Xbox Live, we can simply proceed with 4GB as we wont be using Xbox live facility for online games.
Please let us know why one to buy?
Also are there any cracks available for such console to play copied games. In case if we go for 250Gb, is it possible to play games (i.e. iso files) from he HDD?

Get the 250GB. You cannot save anything on the 4GB because it is so small that it’s not enough memory for even the smallest game. You can get it though if you plan on no saving anything. You basically have to get any xbox 360 that’s more memory then the 4GB to save anything. The price is worth it because you get so much more if you can save files.
if your looking to save some money get the 4gb b/c then you can buy a 20gb, 60gb, or a 120gb hard drive ranging price wise from 50-80 dollars (60 gb cost 60 dollars)
but if you have money and dont care how you spend it i would go with the slim (250 gb console)
since im wrong you can buy a usb portable hard drive those back up things that can plug straight into the xbox 360 you might have verify it but if you get one of these you can have like 250-312 and sometimes 1000 gigabytes of storage for only like 80-150 dollars

The old xbox 360 HDD cradle doesn’t fits on the newer models.. yes you can take that cradle apart and install it that way but..
Well to buy or not to buy.. you sound like a person that wants to do more then just flail before kinect.
I suggest the 250Gbyte model. Really next gen means needing SPACE
4Gbyte is a JOKE! Hell even some game can’t play well on it due to the needing a HDD. And the flash memory is not recognized as HDD.
On your question how to play cracked/downloaded games… it is called flashing the dvd drive. I can’t say more! BUT once you go there you can be banned… your console that is!
Its worth getting the 250 GB HD.
You can copy games onto the hard drive (You still need the disc to run them)
But this makes the Xbox run a lot quieter
Pulse if you want to buy the 250gb HD after it well be over $ 120 in the end it save more money buy buying it with one. It almost makes more sense to buy the Kinect with the xbox save another $ 50
