I requested a repair online for my xbox for the rrod. The instructions said wait 4 days to get the box. I waited and today i was supose to get the ox so far didn’t get it yet. Any ideas or suggestions

I did it. Sent mine back for the red ring and they fixed it. You should get the box tomorrow, it came quick for me. I got it back, repaired, in about two weeks. Not bad for free.
they dont ship boxes anymore,just labels.
your gonna need your own box to ship back.
I think you should get it within two weeks if you don’t get it call up the company
It’s just like mail anywhere. Their repair center is in Texas, so depending on where you are located, it will take so long to get to you. I went through this with two Xbox 360′s, the annoying part is while it’s being repaired. On my one it took a month, and all they did was ship me a new one.
Yeh, I sent mine in and it took about 16 days, Postage+Repair+Return Postage. You can’t blame em cuz its free!
Im not really with you on the online repair request, but im telling you the easiest way that I’ve found is just to ring them up and talk to them about it. They’ll tell you what to do, email you the instructions then after its done you’ll get 1month Xbox Live Gold membership.
