I get a error everytime I try to download demos that are Rated “M” Or “RP”(Rating pending) and I have all my family settings to allow downloads and all family settings are on “Allow All” My account is under 17 but if that is the problem how do I create a new account?

in order to download demos and videos rated M or RP you will need to make another silver account with an over 18 email address and an over 18 profile, supposedly to make your parents have more control over your viewing and playing habits, you know the whole, ” its fine if they say its okay for you to play, but they need to download it onto the console for you to be able to view it”
your account will be able to view it because its on the same console as the account that downloaded it.
